When you use the e-mail portal, we only collect the data that your browser transmits to our server. If you wish to view our website, we collect the following data, which is technically necessary for us to display our website to you and to ensure stability and security. The legal basis is our legitimate interest pursuant to Art. 6 para. 1 lit. f GDPR.

- How long will my data be stored?
Your data mentioned under point 2 will be stored on our systems for a period of 90 days and then irretrievably deleted.
- What data protection rights do I have?
Every data subject has the right of access under Art. 15 GDPR, the right to rectification under Art. 16 GDPR, the right to erasure under Art. 17 GDPR, the right to restriction of processing under Art. 18 GDPR and the right to data portability under Art. 20 GDPR. The restrictions under Sections 34 and 35 BDSG apply to the right of access and the right to erasure.
